Treatment For Belly Pain

I started taking Cymbalta two months ago. While it has been so great for my depression, anxiety, and osteoarthritis and back pain, it makes me so sick to my stomach and I even coughed up three drops of blood last week. I go back to my psychiatrist tomorrow and I can't take it today. I am so tired. I automatically feel so depressed after I did not take it last night. I have had over 20 procedures to reconstruct my urinary tract due to bladder mesh erosion. i self cath thru my belly button stoma and my entire spine has either herniated and bulging discs or fused discs and I am in EXCRUCIATING PAIN. My abdomen is the worst tho. I have a "bladder" made from resected bowel, colon and my appendix and I have "knives" and "hot pokers" in my belly 24/7. I need something stronger than a 10 mg oxycodone 4 times a day. My PCP won't do any more because of DEA. I've been prescribed sulfameth/trimethoprim 800/160 for a suspected bacterial infection along with ibuprofen 800 for pain. I take them with meals twice a day, except for the ibuprofen. I only take that when the pain is unbearable. I'm experiencing side effects such as cramping, upset stomach and diarrhea. ..as expected. Should I take pepto bismol to help with the belly issues? Also, my family and I have noticed that I have become very grumpy since I started the meds. Is this a cause of the meds or simply from dealing with the pain? My mother was infected with Herpes zoaster (right half portions of her waist and spread up to the right half portions of the belly), since Aug. 2016. She had undergone treatment by two medical specialists but couldn't alleviate its severe unusual itching, burning and painful condition. So we consulted a skin specialist and from the beginning of January (4 months to date) she has been taking Lyvosiz-M and Pregabid NT and now she is feeling quite better than before; although the itching problem has not yet stopped, and from March onward we couldn't re-consult the same doctor but continued the above mentioned medicine for the last two months.
