white oblong like a caplet with brake line on one side and the imprint code NO 23 on the other side...It is supposed to be a phenergan or promethazine ## I was not able to locate NO23, I did however find N23, this pill is Neggram 1 mg, which is used for treating urinary tract infections caused by certain bacteria.
