HI, I take the Mylan generic of diazepam, and it seems to be significantly less effective than another generic that I was on but I can't remember the name. yellow oblong pill with 357 imprinted on it ## Sounds like Ultracet to me. It is a nonnarcotic pain reliever with acetametiphin in it. Dosage is one to two tablets. Anymore then two can be dangerous and don't even think about mixing it with alcohol unless you want permanant liver damage. IT won't make you high if that is what you are after. ## Did you mean the marking 537 on an oblong, yellow tablet? If so, the tablet is distributed by Amerisource Health Services, and they list it as containing 37.5mgs of Tramadol, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
