pain medication? ## I was told it was darvocet. I found this post while searching for confirmation about the same pill myself. I just want to make sure. ## yellow, oblong, 537 on one side and nothing on the other side ## No, this is not a Darvocet or its generic, this is actually a generic for Ultracet, a different type of pain reliever. It contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultracet used to relieve moderate to severe pain. HI, I take the Mylan generic of diazepam, and it seems to be significantly less effective than another generic that I was on but I can't remember the name. I'd like to have your thoughts as to whose generic diazepam comes closest to brand Valium. yellow oblong pill with 357 imprinted on it ## Sounds like Ultracet to me. It is a nonnarcotic pain reliever with acetametiphin in it. Dosage is one to two tablets.
