Tramadol Hcl 50m Dose

What is the normal dose for tramadol hcl 50mg? I am taking utter prn tid for severe back pain. I have taken 75mg before I got relief. ## Tramadol became a Schedule IV August 18, 2014. Under Federal Law, a dr can write refills and can call it in. There are no restrictions on how often you must see your dr. But, your dr can have you come in as often as he wants and he doesn't have to give refills or call it in. ## The interesting thing about Tramadol is the fiasco of its creation. I've been taking 10mg of oxycodone hcl per day for 2yrs; that down from 30mg 5yrs ago. Last visit to doctor, he wanted a UA. No prob til I was told it was going to be $150!!! I had a few left at home so I walked out. Now I'm out but I have 50mg tramadol. What would be a comparable dose of tramadol to approximately equal oxycodone? ## Hello Teslacoils, Unfortunately only your primary care physician is going to be able to give you accurate medical advise on this kind of situation especially as you have mentioned that you have years of medical history to consider. Self medicating is dangerous and can lead to drug addiction/abuse.

Excipients q.s. ## Tramadol HCL is a prescription muscle relaxer. I don't know about paracetamol. 50mg is a medium sized dose for the tramadol, not enough to abuse. ## Paracetamol is another name for Acetaminophen. My dentist prescribed Tramadol hcl 50mg, Ibuprofen 800 mg and Tylenol for tooth pain. I am concerned about taking all three of them at once because I drive a school bus. Safety is my concern for kids as well as my own. ## Yes & No--you can take/do anything as long as "nothing goes wrong" 100% if you have an accident there will be a blood drawn even if it is absolutely not even your fault --so read your employment manual --you may be totally legally prohibitted. Regardless, see how it effects you BEFORE your maiden vouyage on meds. Take the tramadol during the day-- it's so low dose I can't imagine you having a problem !
