can i pass a drug test taking tramadol. ## can i pass a drug test taking tramadol ## No, it is not considered a controlled substance, since it isn't a straight opiate and it isn't something that is tested for on standard drug tests, it requires a special test to detect it. Are there any other questions? ## Tramadol is now listed as a class five controlled substance. As far as drug testing, I am not sure.
