IF SO I HAVE THE SAME MEDS AND IT IS TRAMADOL. ## I can't guarantee it, but that is what they claim it is, Tramadol. This is an analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. My Dr wouldn't give me anything and told me to take advil because there are so many drug addicts out there the people who genuinely need the pain meds (my case, endometriosis) Dr's won't write scrips for them. BEAUMONT PORT ARTHUR TEXAS. With the new laws my primary gp only prescribes me 20 tramadols every 3 months. Yes thats right Used to take 90 every month now 10 a month for nueropothy and other back and leg pain from siatica. I was prescribed Contrave for weight loss. I also have a injury to my right upper arm and shoulder that has made me unable to move my my arm more than 6 inches forward, backwards and out to the side without causing horrible pain. My doctor prescribed Tramadol and occasionally Vicodin for pain relief. Fast forward 5 yrs. Opiod crisis. Doctor stops my prescription. Go thru withdraw and Pain is none stop. Enter Contrave...with it's LDN (low dose naltrexone & bupropion) Within a week the pain is subsiding. On week 4 it's gone! No more pain..I can move my arm as if it had never been injured.
