I've been taking the Tramadol/APAP 325 with Acetaminophen for many years as I have Fibromyalgia. My doctor just changed it to Tramadol 50mg. Is that stronger? Found this cream colored pill in my sons room it has a wo or a ow on one side depending which way your looking at it and a 650 on the back. What is it? ## That is correct, this tablet was manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and they do list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it is an analgesic. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth, it also carries the risk of being habit forming.
