HI, I take the Mylan generic of diazepam, and it seems to be significantly less effective than another generic that I was on but I can't remember the name. I'd like to have your thoughts as to whose generic diazepam comes closest to brand Valium. It contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultracet used to relieve moderate to severe pain. yellow oblong pill with 357 imprinted on it ## Sounds like Ultracet to me. It is a nonnarcotic pain reliever with acetametiphin in it. Dosage is one to two tablets. Anymore then two can be dangerous and don't even think about mixing it with alcohol unless you want permanant liver damage. IT won't make you high if that is what you are after. ## Did you mean the marking 537 on an oblong, yellow tablet? If so, the tablet is distributed by Amerisource Health Services, and they list it as containing 37.5mgs of Tramadol, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Hydros say IP 109 and Naproxen says IP 190 ## Hi amanda, Thanks for clearing up any confusion between the two pills! From what I could gather, another differentiating factor is that Naproxen's tablet also has "500" imprinted on the other side of IP 190; whereas with Hydrocodone/Apap, IP 109 is the only imprint. Was wondering if anyone knows how long Tramadol stays in your system. Might have to take test & need to know prior so, if necessary, I can inform the dr doing the test. I have only taken about 10 pills & the text wouldnt be until a week from Tuesday.
