I have these oblong pills with A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. What are they? ## The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white round pill marked with "A" over "158", with a horizontal score line in between. white oblong 377 imprint on one side ## The pill described as white, oval, with 377 stamped on one side is a generic form of Ultram. Tramadol HCL 50 Mg. My pharmacist substituted it for the usual round, white, pill marked with AN 627 on it, and didn't change the pill description on the bottle. Pharmacists in Nevada must be crazy or something. ## Ya. I have seen a few different kind of Ultram and every pharmacy is different. I know that they are all the same but you know how your mind plays tricks on you and I swear nothing works as well as the round white ones AN 627. If I cant get those, I will take my script elsewhere!!! ## Hey DAVO...... stay away from the square ones, those are by far the worst. Tylenol works better than that!!!
