white oblong pill with 377 imprint ## This is 50mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultram. This is an analgesic, derived from an opiate, so even though it works like an anti-inflammatory, it does have the same addictive qualities and is classified by the FDA as a narcotic. white oblong 377 imprint on one side ## The pill described as white, oval, with 377 stamped on one side is a generic form of Ultram. Tramadol HCL 50 Mg. My pharmacist substituted it for the usual round, white, pill marked with AN 627 on it, and didn't change the pill description on the bottle. Pharmacists in Nevada must be crazy or something. ## Ya. I have seen a few different kind of Ultram and every pharmacy is different.
