I have used tramodol 100mg er tablets for 6 months for aid in limting pain in my right hip after a fall. I was taking 2 in the AM and 1 in the evening. All went good until I recently started being unable to sleep all night. The doctor did not want to raise my dose and prescribed hydocodone/ace 5-500 and I still cannot sleep after a few hours. Should the dose of 2 tramodol be administered at night and the dose of 1 be used in AM. I do NOT have pain during the day other than very minor. ## From what I could gather, the plasma half-life of tramadol following a single or multiple dosing is 6 to 7 hours. If you are still in pain, speak to your doctor about upping your morphine (you've already maxed the tramadol there) I'm on 30mg plus 100mg tramadol which is controlling my pain much better. ## How long have you been taking them? Please help. I received 100 mg tramadol tablets yesterday that look different than they usually do. From HAB Pharmaceuticals India. They are usually small white round tablets with one line scored across one side of the pill. This time they were slightly larger tablets, round, white with two lines scored on one side in the shape of an "X" They have never looked like this, but the packaging says the same info as I usually get. Ordered 100mg Tramadol tab from HAR pharmaceuticals in India. It works for pain. I just can't find from company web site if available in anything other than capsule form. I take 3mg of warfarin and 4 mg on 3 days also I have started tramadol 100mg twice daily. Will the tramadol cause a problem with taking warfarin too? I also take slow release 5 HTP 200 g daily. My Dr. put me on tramadol 50mg 2 every 6hours.I was on codeine #3 but the VA pharmacy ran out and wont have them till Feb. Friday I took one before bed and Saturday morning before going to work. I got a call that work was canceled so I went back to bed. About 7am I started to run a high fever I was sweating bad. I have been taking citalopram10mg for 4days now along with 400mg tramadol (100mg 4xaday) and 6mg diazepam. My depression has lifted however my anxiety has increased and I can't sleep.
