bisocor and metformin side effects
Post a Reply
I am 71 but very active, I am also diabetic type 2 and take metformin and glibencizide every morning and evening. My doctor gave me lisinopril 10mg and bisocor 2.5 mg (half a tablet) for high blood pressure, I am keeping it at approx 125/75 with this medicine. My blood sugar is between 5 and 7 mml and my blood tests are okay. I have had a stress testfor my heart and that was okay, I am overweight at 110kg but am trying to lose weight. I feel shaky inside and lacklustre, could my medicine be causing a reaction. Every time I see my doctor, he sends me for tests and basically they all come back okay. I am not a whining hypochondriac, just a normal guy who would like to feel normal. I live in Zimbabwe where the medical facilities are not that great. ...

anyone know a doctor that writes scripts for methadone as an alternative to going clinic daily bradenton fl
2 Replies RSS
I live in Bradenton FI and I have been going to the local methadone clinic here for almost 2yrs now and I'm OVER IT!!! Yesterday I was forced to miss my best friends funeral in GO solely because this clinic would not give me travel doses only guest dosing 80 mile round trip from where I wld be at. I am on medicaid and it doesn't cover out of state so we were going to have to pay $110 for both my husband and I for only 2 days!!!! On top of that they wouldn't even accept credit card so I was unable to go. I need to find a doctor locally who would be willing to write me a script of methadone monthly and aide me in tapering off my dose. I was on 177 mg a day and started tapering after this last Christmas 6 months ago. I am now at 66 mg and counting. (This was one of the reasons ... ...

side effects bystolic
1 Reply RSS
Hello! I was taking 5 mg. bystolic for 1 yr. until I experienced terrible side effects that I make me so disable to do anything and has been taken to the ER within 2 months period of time. My primary physician told me to stop taking it two months ago and try an alternative way of stabilizing my bp (as a trial and error first!) instead by enrolling at Zacharias Ganey Health Institute for a 10 week Course this summer. To make this story short, without taking bystolic now, my bp is normal ( lower than 130/80) everyday though it spike up once in a while to 200/ 110. However, I feel so much better and I can drive my car now BUT there are days I still feel nauseous esp. early in the morning when I got up and hasn't taken my breakfast yet or at times when I was outside the house or just si... ...

Levothyroxine Dosage
1 Reply RSS
Can someone please explain what the difference is between taking 100mg of levothyroxine 7 days a week versus taking 112mg of levothyroxine 4 1/2 days a week? I was originally taking 110 mg everyday and then my endo increased it to 112 mg everyday. After lab work showed my TSH level was now under the normal range my endo told me to take 112 mg 4 1/2 days a week (M, T, F, Sat and 1/2 on Sun). Is there a reason for not taking it two days in a row? Although the mg are higher the weekly total has actually decreased. So what is the reasoning behind the way endo's have to take this medication? ## Hello, Erika! How are you? Your doctor is trying to keep your levels in the normal range, without going too high or too low. It's been found that dosing this way can work better, in some peopl... ...

Is suboxone as hard to get off as methadone?
2 Replies RSS
Hi everyone! I was wondering if suboxone is as hard 2 get off as methadone? I was on 110 of methadone 4 almost 5 years, after many years of Oxy abuse. Got down 2 (24) and the withdrawals were so bad, and, the cravings came back. Dr put me on suboxone, which works great. I've been on 3 (8 mg) a day 4 almost 8 years now. I'm scared 2 death 2 get off. I suffer with a lot of pain, too. The suboxone helps some. What with it. I'm also afraid of the bad withdrawals, and returning back 2 pain pills. Any advise will b helpful. ## Hi Cats, You definately can get off subs it just takes time. Why not cut down just a couple of mgs and see how it goes. Instead of 8 three times a day you could try 8 than 6 than 8. If you feel allright after a week or so try dropping another 2. Theres no se... ...

Roxycotin 30 mg (oxycodone)

I am on 30mg Roxycotin (oxycodone) 180 tablets per month. I have insurance, however, cannot find a pharmacy that has supplies of prescription (I hear many people are having this issue recently). My doctor might prescribe an alternative. I am very afraid of the alternative due to not understanding how medications translate. I fear it not being adequate for me to function and go to work. What is a viable alternative? Does anybody know. I am told dilaudid (I cannot spell the med.) But the doctor is saying 8mg. in the amount of 110 pills (as opposed to 30mg of oxycodone in the amount of 180 pills) that I am currently prescribed. It looks like a serious drop in the ammount and mg. of medication. I fear the worst. Anybody have any advice. It would be greatly appreciated. ## dear freind; the r... ...

pl advise if any side effect may come if i took delma.h for long time ## I'm sorry, did you mean Telma-H? All medications carry the risk of side effects, especially when used long term. Yes, drowsiness and tiredness can be side effects of this medication, along with dizziness and headache. How long have you been taking it? Side effects will normally start to taper off in their severity, after about 4 to 6 weeks, as your body adjusts to the medication. Do you know what your blood pressure readings are?
