I've been prescribed a 2 week course for the treatment of migraines which consists of 25mg. It will then will be increased to 50 mg if found effective. So now I just started the 25mg course and find an issue that I am constantly hungry and wanting to eaet (which is strange since I thought a side effect would be loss of appetite), and I have a constant light migraine on one side. (Luckily not a severe one which incapacitates me for a few days at a time). And I am also feeling moody (like PMS symptoms), although it isn't that time of the month plus my skin is breaking out pretty badly. Have been put on a 2 week course of 25mg for migraine and then will be upped to 50 mg. The problem is that I just started the 25mg course and find that I am constantly eating (which is odd cos I thought loss of appetite was supposed ot be a side-effect), have a constant light sort of migraine on one side (not the killer one I get that drops me for a few days at a time) am feeling sorta pms'ish although it isn't that time of the month. Also my face is breaking out really badly. Could this be cos of the Toplep? ## My 14 yr old son suffers from migraines quite badly. I was wondering if Toplep/Topirimate would be beneficial? Hello I am on toplep 50 mg and venlor. For depression and megrans. I am getting pain in the back of my head it is like sharp pain. Can it be from the meds I have looked if I do not take it I stil get the pain in my head it is in the back of the head by your cronum. So the brain.
