I was put on 50 mg of Metoprolol and after the first day I was slightly being dizzy. It is making it somewhat difficult to drive. So I didn't take the drug. Now I have a racing heart! I've not found anything about a recall, but they aren't actually required to report such things to the FDA. Have you tried contacting the manufacture? Which formulation are you taking? I found a pastel pink "ALIVE" pill, oblong in shape, in my "Centrum Silver" bottle. No other markings on the pill, just "ALIVE" in all caps. Is it the "Alive" nutritional supplement? ## I've tried search several times now for an image of them, but I haven't been able to find one. My guess would be that it is, because it is common for one plant to manufacture and package several similar products and they are both supplements.
