How can I maximize the effectiveness of this medication? It does not always work as prescribed but my doctor does not want to change my medication at this time. ## I find that taking a 50mg Tab with a 500 mg Tylenol on an empty stomach works best. Drink lots of water! Eat about two hours after. Works well with a 4mg Tizanidine (muscle relaxer too). Sometimes I split the tab to 25mg w/2 Tylenol as a trade off. As a Fumaderm user of over 2 years I hope this message helps . Having suffered from psoriasis (severe) for over 35 years and having tried all types of creams, light treatments , cyclosporin and methotrexate I've found Fumaderm to be the most effective treatment yet . since 3 week ago, my right finger tips often feel static and numbness whilst my right hand feels heavy some-kind like mildly paralyze. My doctor suggested neurobion. Can not drink this stuff quickly, having a hard time not gagging. Only drank two and half glasses so far and have three liters to go. ## I found from personal experience, the best way to cope with drinks that are hard to consume, is by simply using a straw. Using a straw allows the drink to go directly to the back of your throat without too much taste involved. Also try having it over ice, instead of just straight and cold. i am 13 and it started when i was 10. 2 year it was alright but these 5 6 months i have been very sad about this. it is like 2 times period a month. sometimes it is heavy and some light ## At your age, hormonal fluctuations are normal and they will usually cause irregular cycles. Have you consulted your doctor? They should be able to help you find a way to regulate your cycles.

Does anyone have any tips on treating the headaches that goes along with the suboxone? I have had chronic pain issues my whole adult life. I have been very surprised that the suboxone helps my pain very much. I just can't stand these headaches. ## Hello, Cj! How are you? I'm sorry about the headaches. Have you tried any nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, if your doctor approves of you taking them, such as Advil or Aleve? Since you're on Suboxone, other narcotics won't work, but many people get relief with NSAIDs. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Does anyone have any tips how to not feel horrible from their suppressed appetite? I've been on Concerta in the past and I know I have the hardest time with this side effect whenever my dose is increased. I'm on day 2 on 27mg after a month of 18mg and I literally felt like I was going to puke just trying to eat a grape? I do eat a little before I take it in the morning. Sp contains tramodol and spasmo that makes us feel tipsy and kill the body ache. Big yellow oval pill one side has two triangles with the tips facing each other with the number 4098. the other side says 500 ## I have some very similar except mine have the number 4099 and 750 on the other side. I think the 750 is the ml. They are the same color as yours with the 2 triangles. Hope you have luck finding inf0. For last 3 months I am facing the problem of Dry skin the finger tips. I apply moisturiser, normal coconut oil etc. But no effect. I showed to my skin speciallist. But with thee medicines also no difference. 2 of the of the fingers are having skin crack. so I wrap BandAid strip. so for 2-3 days it is ok but again it becomes dry. Any medicine / precaution etc. ## Use dipsalic cream at night only. Investigate for renal and hepatic functions.
