I found a small, round, light yellow to tannish-yellow pill with no markings except the letter S imprinted on one side of the pill in black. The other side is blank. Since there is no dosage stamped on either side, I think it could be an over the counter pill but I'm not sure. ## I believe you are correct about it being an over the counter tablet. i have found several small peach or tan colored tablets, not scored with a tiny 15 on them and also 600 and what appears to be an "A" ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any listings for anything with such a marking in our U.S. prescription drug resources. It is a white round pill with the imprint ABG on one side and 10 on the other. It doesn't have any blue specks though, if this is your pill (and the other imprints have been smudged off) it could just be manufactured by a different company who has designed the pill differently.
