I am taking Cilacar T, Tide 10, Avas 10, Opecal soft gel.Now I am feeling uneasiness due to constant cough. I have slight sputum also. It increases during days. Is it due to any side effect of any of these medicines ## All medications carry the risk of causing side effects and most blood pressure and heart medications can cause coughing, as a side effect, according to NIH reports. I want to know for what we have to take Tide-10, the Doctor has prescribed it along with Tenclore-25 and Loscar-50 . these later 2 are for high blood pressure, kindly enlighten me. thankyou ## Hi, Rekha! Sir what is the compositional (Salt) difference between Dytor 20 and Tide 10 tabs. Is the strength of both the medicines is same? ## Hi, Rajiv! How are you? My question is about my father who is now 82 yrs. He is using dytor 10 from the last 2 months. Does it reduce sodium levels? I have been on Citalopram for a few years, on 30 mg at most but in the last year have been weaned down to 10mg (could not go any lower or come off completely due to side effects). Recently I have had problems acquiring my monthly pack of 10mg and so found an old pack of 20mg to tide me over until I can get my usual 10mg. Since taking the 20 I have been having dizziness and nausea for almost a week - spells in work where I feel as if I might black out and generally feeling off balance - Is this normal? I don't remember experiencing such effects when I switched from 10 upwards originally, just the first time I ever took them.... SUFFERING FROM BLOODPRESSURE AND HEART TROUBLE ## Sir, I am having high blood pressure since 1996. Started with Nuril 2.5mg, the dose had to be incresed from time to time as the BP increased. Recently BP went as high as 170 / 115. Now I am taking Arkamin(Clonidine 100 mg) thrice + Tide 10(Torsemide) once+Tozaar R 5 twice + Amlopress AT once a day, yet the BP varies between 120 / 80 and 150 /90. I play tennis almost regularly and it may be a coincidence or overexertion that my BP rises at night when I have tough games in evening. I have enlarged prostrate for last 5 yrs. In Sonography its size varied from 22 to 44 gms. Recently I have started very urgent urge to urinate, though quantity of urine is not much. I do not find difficulty in passing urine though. I am also having high blood pressure fro which I am taking Amlopress AT, Tozaar R-5 , Arkamin thrice, and Tide 10 mg. IAm Patient of DM type ii and Diabetic Neuropathy. 70 yrs.of age.i have also undergone Angio Plasti with Two Ssteins.
