Iam 42 yrs old diagnosed with RA .The dr has prescribed HCQS.iam already on medication with euthyroxine -100mg in the morning. Does these tablets counter effect each other. In ENA Assay, I have been diagnosed Ro-52 as positive. ## HCQS in the U.S. is Hydroxycholoroquine and it is used to treat several autoimmune disorders. Hi, I have been on 100mg of thyroxine for around 2yrs now after a total thyroidectomy. I have recently decided to get fit and have started jogging, the first week I felt great and really motivated, now I seem to have crashed and feel lethargic. Just wondering if anyone knows if starting exercising regularly could affect the amount of thyroxine I need?? Or is the exercise just catching up with me lol ## Hello, Angy! How are you? I have been on Levothyroxine for 28 years, now on 100mg a day. I used to take it in the morning but switched to night, don't know why! Anyway what I would like to know does the time you take it affect your weight? ## From the information I've read no, the time of day it's taken shouldn't have an effect on your weight, but it is usually taken in the morning, rather than at night. Have you talked to your doctor about it? ## i have been taking thyroxine for 8 years. Used to be on 125mcg but have been reduced to 75 in last year. Blood test says its enough, so why has my weight shot up to 12 and a half stones? I have never been this big and try to eat healthy. Please help.....

I take 100mg throxine one day then 150mg the next. I have had terrible headaches for the past 3 months. I wake up with headaches everyday. sometimes finding it hard to even lift my head up. Hi been on 75mg of thyroxine for several years but been increased to 100mg now t4 4.5 but dr said the hormone in my brain is not proccessing the thryroxine properly and level keeps on rising, after 4 weeks on this dose felt great, but now i have sores on my scalp, and lumps itchy on my neck and back is this normal ## What types of lumps?
