Ortho Doctor says to apply gel, hot formation & to take tab Thioact D4. But I have no relaxation in pain. Some Physiotherapist says to apply ice on it. I am suffering from pain for last 3-4 months. When I raise my shoulder sometime a muscles sound create with pain on top side of shoulder.
