im using nexito plus 0.5mg and clonotril 0.5mg daily one tablet at bed time since 4 years .this tablet have any side effect in future..these 4 year i have no side effect from this medicine.in future i continue the same medicine any side effects to my body ..sir please give a good answer ## immediate ## All medications carry the risk of side effects, even over the counter products. I have been taking Nexito 10mg from past 13 months. Now have stopped the same from past 3 weeks but have symptoms like Dizziness, Body Ache, Muscle pain especially in thigh and calf muscle. Are these the withdrawal symptoms and appreciate if you can advise as to how long these will persist. Is it advisable to take any medicine to stop these symptoms or will it go naturally. I am ready to wait and undergo these pain as I do not want to take Nexito 10 mg as there seems lots of ill effects of these tablets. Hi all, my 61 year old mother is on nexito 20mg + mirtaz 30mg for the last 12 days... Her mornings are horrible. She wakes up and has severe headaches + dizziness in the morning. She says it feels like she does not have a head and the whole body is not working. She takes ativan in the morning and evening to call her anxiety ... Wanted to ask if r morning side effects are common and is there any cure for the light headedness.. By 6 pm in the evening she is perfectly OK and comes out of the bedroom and talks and watched TV. p0ls help how to prevent myself from side effects of nexito 10 ## Nexito contains the active ingredient Esctalopram, which is an SSRi antidepressant and there really isn't any way to avoid most side effects, they will happen, if they are going to happen. Some of them, such as nausea and dizziness may be prevented by making sure you don't take it on an empty stomach. My doctor started me on Clonotril this week. I am taking 10 mg - 5 in the morning and 5mg at night. I feel weak and as though something is going on in my head and my body. Is this symptom common?
