My mood change negatively, my blood pressure when up. When I started to take this product there wasn't much research on it but I found a report from the FDA now that can give you an idea of the false and dangers product. I wish the best on everybody. I'm not a thin person but I'm in a journey with healthier food choices and yoga, for a better me! ## First of all before taking any dietary supplements, one must make many changes... Water is important to cleanse the body, exercise such as yoga, walking, stretching, eat a healthy diet. Stress management classes would help, etc... As for the FDA, many pe...

I was put on 50 mg of Metoprolol and after the first day I was slightly being dizzy. It is making it somewhat difficult to drive. So I didn't take the drug. Now I have a racing heart! Its damn if I do damn if I don't. Sorry I had a heart attack and I am just as sorry I can't tollerate these drugs. I want to make the doctor happy but how can I? I've also started dealing with phobias that I never had before. I ma really concerned that the medications will keep me from driving and enjoying my freedom. (Actually my phobias got worse today!) All after only taking this drug one time! ## Hello, Keith! How are you doing? I'm sorry about your health and the problems you've had. All i keep hearing is people are dependant on pain meds etc.....but we are all dependant on some pill to work once in awhile or everyday, so why is everyone so hard on one set of people and not the other? ## There is a distinct different between being dependent and being addicted. Regardless of what they are taking it for, be it hypertension, a heart condition, pain or etc. Anyone that takes anything for a long period of time will become dependent on it and can suffer some rebound and withdrawal effects, if it is stopped suddenly. However, addiction occurs when someone abuses a medication, such as a narcotic, but taking more and more of it all the time, rather than just taking the prescribed amounts to handle their condition. I think many of the problems arise when people don't unde...

Hello...I sadly am on a regime on percocet. I am on a low dose and have been on for a very long time. My primary writes it, usually. I do go to pain management but they do not prescribe narcotics and my primary had been the one to write my percocet for me-I left it at that. Both doctors are aware of my regime and the PM doctor sends his reports to my primary doctor. The PM doctor gave me injections. They only help occasionally it's not cortisone it's something that blocks the nerves? I went to pick up my monthly script when I was told PA laws have changed so I have to find a pain management doctor that will write for narcotics because the primary now only can do so 3 or so times? I was told this at my regular Rite Aid pharmacy. So, what can I do? I don't know if this month i...

My mom is 85 and is in hospitpal with broncites and very bad diareah she has been put onto flagyl which is making her very sick with vomiting tiredness and tummy cramps - is this ok for an 85 year old woman ## Nausea and vomiting are common side effects of metronidazole (flagyl). Course for colitis (lower bowel infection) is 10 days long. As long as her doctors are managing her fluid and electrolyte status she should be OK. You could ask for some antiemetic (antisickness) medication to be prescribed if she is very nauseous.

Before anyone can suggest other exercises for you, you need to consult your doctor. Since you are overweight, your doctor will need to make sure that it is safe for you to engage in any exercise routine. ANY of the side effects mentioned here are true and happen to almost anyone who takes this shot ! Unfortunately they do not know all the problems it will cause. I would never have another shot of Prolia again. You can do it at your own risk, but it's a gamble to do so. ## Sorry to hear about your troubling experience with Prolia. I don't know why, but these types of shots tend to cause a lot of undesirable side effects in most people taking them. The most common side effects I hear of are usually described as aching joints, back pain, and various symptoms associated with an allergic reaction (i.e - swelling, rash, itching). Hopefully more people will take some time out to do their research before committing to high risk drugs like Prolia. From a patient's perspective it can ...

Hello, I live in Youngstown, Oh. An area going through a recent "DEA dragnet". I really don't know what else to call it. Several Pharmacies and at least one very large Pain Management Clinic were raided in the past 8 or 9 months. This has caused so much more pain and suffering for the folks who were already suffering and in pain I don't have the vocabulary to express the frustration, helplessness, humiliation & anger towards the DEA and Ohio Pharmacy Board's self righteous & totally clueless "leaders" who're dictating to the doctors how much pain medication they can prescribe because they've determined the "trigger point" limit of certain narcotic pain medicines patient's have been taking for years. They put the fear of God in the ...

I have been on Zoloft for years and once in a while I felt it wasn't working well. Now it's gotten worse and I cry a lot, I am shaky and easily hurt so much so that I am ruining my relationship. I have no reason for this since I am in the best place of my life. I feel crazy but I think it's a physical problem, not insanity. ## Hello- I am sorry you are having difficulty. I went through something similar. I had to admit I needed more help so I got an app to help remind me to take it regularly and at the same time. If I hadn't I know I can ask for temporary panic attack med like Ativan or kolonopin if relative died, but if no crisis it meant I had to tell my doctor to up the dose. Please send a message t...

They are saying that the new opana works as well as the old. I think my brother is using them recreationally and would like verification. ## Hey, is the pill blue colored? If so, then it is most likely a Propanolol 20mg which is actually a blood pressure med. So if that's the case, then it is most likely NOT being taken recreationally or to abuse them, rather he might have been prescribed them to treat blood pressure or cardiac conditions. I am kan from india Mumbai I am very very thin I feel soo bad when I look myself in mirror so I want to gain weight fast so is it OK with cyproheptadine to consume and what's the cost of this drug and where can I get this ## Hi Kan, Sorry to hear about your challenges with weight management. From your description it sounds to me like you may not be getting enough calories and/or nutrients through your diet in order to maintain a heavier figure. If that is the case you may want to look into seeing a registered dietician who can help you plan out meals to reach your goals faster. However, regarding the use of Cyproheptadine, this is simply an antihistamine for treating allergy symptoms. So I have to wonder how do you expect it to help with weight gain? There are plenty of appetite inc...
