For several years I've taken TEVA 30mg Amphetamine Salts 2x daily with consistent positive relief. Focus and a feeling that I could have a productive day gave me a reason to get out of bed. On 8/21/2014 all that changed to nervous anxiety filled days staying home. What caused the dramatic change quickly became clear. Teva No Longer Manufacturers Clonazepam, and I personally feel it is a good thing. Teva, in my opinion, is a low-quality company who actually manufacturers 70% of their products overseas, in cities and communities I don't think you would want to live in. I find the change-over, in terms of most of my medications, including clonazapam 2mh hs to be more effective than before. There are, of course, individual differences, but this is how it is for me personally. I have taken Clonazepam for a number of years. It has always been the Actavis product. On my last prescription refill, the pharmacist arbitrarily switched me to the Teva product. Is this a problem? Which, if either, is the better product? Is there a product better than either one of these 2 mentioned above? ## This can happen from time to time as manufacturers change their production schedules around, etc. It is hard to say which is the better product because technically the same generic product from multiple manufacturers contains the same active ingredient(s). Generally, if it is not available, the pharmacy can have it shipped there for your prescription or they can provide you with a different brand/generic of the same drug. Certain types of 30 mg adderall (mainly the big, pink & as of recent orange round ones cut with a cross imprint), tend to not work as well 4 me as the 1's I always used to get orange oval-shaped 1's that read 30 & split in the middle; & kinda tasted like candy). I have been on Barr/Teva dexedrine sulfate, [generic] for 14 years. After 5 "shortages" I recently received back my script, butt it's a placebo !!!! Nothing at all. I took 25 10 miligram tabs; nothing at all. It's an unethical and disgusting scam. Am writing every politician, fda, Quality control, anyone who can address the monster of a crime. ## I feel the same way. The Dex 10's that were given to me had to be abused to have any effect. It seems they have decided to do away with their former code of 93 and replace it with TEVA on the pills. So, yes, the TEVA 832, which formerly had the imprint 93 832 contains 0.5mgs of Clonazepam, the active ingredient in Klonopin. It is a benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.
