Tendocare Forte

what for use of tendocare

I am experiencing heel pain for almost a month. X ray report reveal that bony spurs are seen in the planter and lateral aspect of calcaneus. A friendly doctor suggested me to take tendocare twice daily for 5 days. May I know mechanism of action for tendocare.Is it essential or is there any other alternative treatment ? ## I am also having same problem as well,and my doctor suggested me twndocere forte 3 times a day for 3weeks.he told me to reduce weight and give up non veg.and some tests such as uric,sugar,hb etc i think u should consult a good orthopedist.
