hi sir is there any side effect with this tablets ..patient is suffering from knee pain and also not able to walk that much of pain and she had all complaints like b.p,diabetes, heart problem, thiroid also ,by useing this I find some water like sense near her foot please tell the solution doctor

I started taking this medication on Fri a week ago. I took my last pill thursday morning. the incision scar from my knee replacements are all red and inflamed. My knees feel warm. My name is Bonnie. I took 3 Diphen/Atrop pills 2.5 mg and my eyes started burning and had blurred vision. I stopped taking it but my eyes did not get better. I went to an eye Dr and they did extensive testing and said my problem is puckering macula bilateral , dry eyes and presence intraocular lens, unspecified visual disturbances.
