I am taking Listril-SM tab one in the morning and Tenoric-50 one at night. I have now been advised to take Telma-AM-H-80 one per day. I am 50 Yrs Old Male & was diagonsed with high BP ( 145-50/100-110) during Mar-14 & was advised Telma-AM Tablets. Since then I have lost 5 Kg weight (Wt in Mar, 90 Kg & Now 85 Kg).
