I am taking Listril-SM tab one in the morning and Tenoric-50 one at night. I have now been advised to take Telma-AM-H-80 one per day. I had previously tried Telma-40 and subsequently Telma-H as per Doctor's advise but it failed to maintain my blood pressure. Should the new medicine will be of any use ? ## There are differences in these medications. The original Telma only contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, the Telma-H contained that, with the addition of Hydrochlorothiazide.
