Telekast F Tablet Use For What Symptoms

I had little stomach pain. Doctor prescribed telecast F which I am supposed to take for 30 days, twice a day after meals. What is this tablet for? The worst thing is 25 days are over and still I do get stomach pain some times... ## Telekast-F contains the active ingredients: Montelukast 10mg + Fexofenadine 120mg. Taking this drug since last 40 days to control dust allergy. Side effects since last few days - mild headache, breathlessness at times. Are these symptoms harmful. ## The odd thing is that this medication is indicated to prevent difficulty breathing, chest tightness, wheezing and coughing caused by asthma or allergies; however it does have difficulty breathing or swallowing listed as a side effect, which kind of contradicts its purpose in my opinion. Hi, I'm suffering from dust allergies from last 3/4 years. Finally doctor told me to take telekast-L for 3 months then it will be clear but I'm using more than 3 months now it is under control but is not cure. If the medicine will stop for two to three days the all problems are felling like nausea, cough in chest, breathing problem. Please suggest me which is the best medicine for my conditions.
