I had little stomach pain. Doctor prescribed telecast F which I am supposed to take for 30 days, twice a day after meals. What is this tablet for? The worst thing is 25 days are over and still I do get stomach pain some times... ## Telekast-F contains the active ingredients: Montelukast 10mg + Fexofenadine 120mg. I am suffering from severe allergy and my doctor has prescribed telekast 10mg to be taken everyday for lifetime. I want to know how does the tablet help me and will i suffer from any side effects later on. ## I have also given my doctor telecast l tablet for life time and ige total test in every 6 month.i have no side effects since last one year don't know about future but good medicine.

My wife is suffering from dust allergy, doctor prescribed Telecast F tablet. From last 3 months she is taking it after using the same, her face is becoming abnormally fatty and body as well. Is this the side effect of the medicine? ## Telekast F Tablet is a combination medicine containing Montelukast (10mg) + Fexofenadine (120mg).
