Now I have completed 25 days taking this medicine, and now my eyes got infection and the opthalmologist prescribed Omnacortil 60 mg tablet once daily for 15 days. It is advisable to take these two tables simultaneously ? I am worried because this tablet is a steroid and can further flareup TB.

Which is better Ramipril or Amlodipine? Just to mention sometimes I get wheezing due to allergy House dust polen etc. I used to take Amlodipine 5mg I was bit stout. When I reduced weight due to TB my weight reduced so blodd pressure was high not much. So doctor stopped this to study BP. then When I regained weight after TB cured again lower level was bit high. Now a different doctor prescribed with Ramipril 2 capsule of 1.25 mg so it is 2.5mg. I am afraid because different doctors handled me. Any problem I cant say anything about doctor. NHS surgery is like that . NHS hospital is better because they always send us to respective specialities. Surgery is a general doctor. I am 47. I am afraid if prescription of medicine is wrong. Amlodipine is prescribed by Indian heart specialist. Ramipr...

Hello, I just read in the instructions inside of the box of Althea pills that drinking althea together with Isoniazide may take effect. I need Isoniazide because I am under treatment for tuberculosis, and I just had a boyfriend and I personally decided to take pills as contraceptive instead of condoms. I just took my 1st pill today. Is that okay while I am under treatment for TB? Your response is much appreciated. Thank you.

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. Got Cortisone shots in my lumbar region and Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 5-500 tb and Tramadol ER 200 mg from my rheumatologist. What is the Tramadol for? I'm starting a new job tomorrow and am not sure if I should take it until I know how they may effect me. Should I wait until this weekend to start? ## Hi Wendy, Tramadol is most commonly used for treating moderate to moderately severe pain, but has a wide range of other applications, including treatment for restless leg syndrome, acid reflux, and fibermyosis. If you're starting a new job of any kind, I would probably suggest waiting till you get off work to experiment with how these medications really affect you deep down. This way you can at least be more comfortable going into work knowing whether...

I have been taken off humira because I have to start treatment for latent tb. I have severe RA and am wondering when the severe pain is going to kick in. I have been off it a month and am feeling very little pain so far. I'm kind of nervous. Also, when I restart the humira, will I start feeling better right away? ## Based on my research, Humira (Adalimumab) is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It works by blocking the action of TNF, a substance in the body that causes inflammation. Unfortunately, there's no way of knowing ahead of time how well a particular medication might end up working for you. Doctor's can only assume that it will be effective based on medical records, health, age, weight, whether or not you're taking other medications, body chemistry, e...
