i wanna know exactly for what purpose it is recommended,n how it helps in the treatment ## I am a diabitic patient since 9 years. at present glucose readings :fasting 89 and 2 hour post prandial 174 mg/dl. Last 6 months it was observed that protien loss in urine i.e. Microalbumin 66.90 mcg/mL. I need your suggestions please.( at present I am using Ameryl 2 m 1+1, Listril 2.5 , Atorva 10 mg and Loprin 75 mg, )

Hi, I have been prescribed cilacar 20 and tazloc H since 3 months. Now my bp is on average 110 /80. I need to reduce. What should i take less of? Please advise. I am also on tamoxifen 20 tablet per day. Thanks. ## You should take the medications your doctor has prescribed and not reduce, or change them, without their approval. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Has there been any change?

Last One Year used take every day Tazloc Trio 40mg tablet. due BP High Blood Pressure. As off now controlled BP, range of 130/80. I like to reduced Dosage of Tazloc. Could you mention Tablet of Tazloc same drug Low dosage name. I am suffering from hypertension and I underwent by pass surgery in 2004. I am prescibed the above mentioned tabletes. My Wife BP is 160/100 ,she is prone to cold & related Headache in one side. Doctor prescribed TAZLOC BETA 50. but another doctor told that Beta blockers are not good for patient prone to cold and Ashtamatic Allergy and prescribed Olvance 40 in morning and Olvance 20 at evening who is correct and which medicine she should continue. ## Hello, Adil! I had open heart surgery in 2006 and taking Carca 6.25 morning & Night, Clavix As75 afternoon and Lipicure-20 mg, Cardace 10 mg in the night. Now I am given TAZLOC -40. Telmisartan tablets IP 40 mg instead of Cardace-10 mg to avoid cough at times. ## Hello, Thiyagarajan! How are you doing? I am aged 60 years, suffering from diabetes for the last 16 years, depending on insulin since then, also diagnosed with high BP about seven years back. Most of the times I was taking Envass (5mg a day to 20mg a day) for controlling BP.
