Dear sir, my wife 57 diognised of having metirel prolapse heart valve. As per doctors priscribtion she was taking Tazloc 40 for the last 2 years now another doc advised her to take Tazloc 40 H. Hi, I have been prescribed cilacar 20 and tazloc H since 3 months. Now my bp is on average 110 /80. I need to reduce. What should i take less of? Please advise. I am also on tamoxifen 20 tablet per day. Thanks. ## You should take the medications your doctor has prescribed and not reduce, or change them, without their approval. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Has there been any change?

Last One Year used take every day Tazloc Trio 40mg tablet. due BP High Blood Pressure. As off now controlled BP, range of 130/80. I like to reduced Dosage of Tazloc. I am suffering from hypertension and I underwent by pass surgery in 2004. I am prescibed the above mentioned tabletes. I want to know about this product. ## Tazloc is listed as containing the active ingredient Telmisartan, which is an ARB that's commonly used to help lower high blood pressure and to improve cardiac function. My doctor suggested to take Tazloc 40 tab. one time daily in morning. I am having chronic headache since last 10 years. Earlier my BP was just normal but used to suffer from headache. I consulted Neurosurgen, took MRI but no falut found. Doctor told it may be Migrain, continued Vosagrain for 6 months but no result. i Just want to know TAZLOC-H tablets are particularly used for which disease ## I was not able to locate what the drug is prescribed for, I did however locate the active ingredients in the drug: Hydrochlorothiazide, HCTZ and Telmisartan. I had open heart surgery in 2006 and taking Carca 6.25 morning & Night, Clavix As75 afternoon and Lipicure-20 mg, Cardace 10 mg in the night. Now I am given TAZLOC -40. Telmisartan tablets IP 40 mg instead of Cardace-10 mg to avoid cough at times. ## Hello, Thiyagarajan! How are you doing? I have a severe skin problem in the hands, neck and legs. After checking with dermotologist they confirmed i have psoriasis due to side effect of my BP TABLET. Madeswarn, no, decreasing it without your doctor's approval would not be a good idea. There is no cure for high blood pressure, so if the medication is the only thing keeping yours at normal levels, then it could become elevated again, if you lower the dosage. I took one 40 mg Tazloc at 9 pm and mistakenly took another 40 mg tab at 10 pm. What will happen? ## Hello, An! How are you? Did you experience any adverse effects? In most cases, doubling up just once doesn't result in any serious issues, but the NIH does warn that you may experience more side effects than usual, which could include nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased urination. 1 month before my master checkup i was having regular headaches sometimes at a very high frequency. After the master checkup came to know that my BP was high 200/180 (i doubt on 180). Immediately i was admitted in icu and was treated for 3 days later with drugs. I was discharged when it was 160/120 (120 am not sure) cardiologist took echo diagnostic and said grade 1 disease. Later he gave me Amlong 5mg(1-0-1); Tazloc 80mg(1-0-1); Prolomet XL 50(1-0-0); Larpose 1mg(0-0-1). I didnt take Larpose but started to take the other tablets.
