I am aged 60 years, suffering from diabetes for the last 16 years, depending on insulin since then, also diagnosed with high BP about seven years back. Most of the times I was taking Envass (5mg a day to 20mg a day) for controlling BP. Since my BP was quite hihg for the last one month or so, I was prescribed medicine, Tazloc H 40 mg along with Telestra 40 mg. Today is the tenth day of these medicines. I have been taking Tazloc H 80 for d past 4 yrs for Hypertension. Recently my fasting Blood Sugar has shot up to 200 mg/dl. I'm not a diabetic and there's no history of diabetes in my family. Is there any possibility of Tazloc H being the cause for hyperglycemia ?

I have been prescribed this drug for control of my fluctuating Blood Pressure. Normaly my BP ranges between 80/140 to 90/150. Recently it shot unto 110/170. I am 61 yrs. and have been taking BP control medicine Tenormin 50 - one in the morning and Telma 20 - one in the night. Last week I got my Eco Cardiograme and CT Angeography done. The reports are clear and Normal. I am a 49 year old lady with hbp 130/90 and suffering from diabetes recently. Earlier, i had taken amolvas m 5/25 for high blood pressure. After suffering from diabetes my doctor prescribed tazloc beta 25 one daily at night and after 7 days my BP lowered down to 90/73. I am feeling uneasiness. I had open heart surgery in 2006 and taking Carca 6.25 morning & Night, Clavix As75 afternoon and Lipicure-20 mg, Cardace 10 mg in the night. Now I am given TAZLOC -40.
