I sufferd from frequent urination.I am female 60 years old. I was advised to take taximO 200 for 5 day +5 days. it has stopped . How is that frequent urination is stopeed by this antibiotic.Is it that urinary infection was there and has been checked by using Taximo. I was initialy using Roliten OD 4mg to check frequent urination but it could not be controlled,only on usuing both it has come to check.But urination occurs even when icough or some such thing.This has developed for me shun from participation in public and socilizatio with friends. you feel drowsy, you can't avoid to sleep ## From what I could gather, Taxim-O is a brand of Cefixime. This medication may cause the following side effects: upset stomach diarrhea vomiting mild skin rash headache itching hives difficulty breathing or swallowing wheezing vaginal infection I haven't found anything specifically relating to sleep problems or feeling drowsy, but if you sense that this side effect is becoming too bothersome or severe, I would definitely recommend contacting your doctor as soon as possible to see about other possible alternatives to Taxim-O. However, the U.S. FDA lists that it may cause nausea, as a side effect and taking it with food may help prevent that. Hi, can someone take azithromycin 500mg (for 6 days, once a day) with taxim-o 200mg (for 5 days, twice in a day) for a bacterial infection? Please suggest... ## You can take them both, if your doctor has instructed you to do so. I developed a fever and was prescribed Taxim-O 200mg by my doctor, along with other medications. After taking it for three days, my fever completely subsided. I was instructed to continue the medication for a full week. However, starting from the fourth day, I began to experience side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, and headaches. Consequently, I stopped taking the medication on the fifth day. The recommended dose was two tablets per day. ## This is an antibiotic and those can be normal side effects of them, as reported by the U.S. FDA. Hi i'm rais 40 years of age. i usually take taxim o if i feel that my intestine in not feeling well. so i take taxim o and lopex once a day after meals. Am I taking it right? plz advise me. A long time ago I used to have bowel syndrome, but now i feel well and sometimes i still get loose stools. that is why i take taxim o and lopex.
