Taurine Acetylcysteine Tablets

My dad s suffering from prostate cancer last stage. Now the Creatine level s 1.8 and Doc prescribed to have neuroscience taurine 500mg and acetylcysteine 150mg. After having this he s experiencing difficulty with hand palm joints, like he s unable to fold palm as he feels stiffness in finger joints. Same with his legs below hip. Kindly advise if it is good to continue or there s any substitute. Thank you

Now there is no TB but she is coughing and having breathing problem, both severely since more than a month. Dr. has prescribed her NefroSave from Fourrts (Taurine 500 & Acetylcysteine 150) 2 tablets morning 2 tablets night along with other tabs & inhalers. Will it be safe for her having 2-2 tablets daily for 1 month? Does it also increases cough in some patients? Please guide me soon I am in a great stress concerning my mom's weakness & her sufferings & rib pinching continuous cough

I am a 52 year old female suffering from kidney function disease. My creatinine level remains around 1. 8. My doctor prescribed nephrosave. I have been a patient of ulcerative collitis and have had a hip replacement because of degeneration of hip bones. Also have mild oesteoporosis. Is it going to be helpful for me to take nephrosave (taurine 500mg + acetylcysteine 150mg) ## My name is raghu. My creatinine level is in the range of 2 to 2.3 in the last 4 years and my serum urea level is around 55.. I have been taking Nephrosave tabs. I do not find any perceptible improvement in my creatinine level. Is there any other effective alternative?

I want to know as my doctor prescribed nefrosave for high microalbumin in urine ? ## I have ++ trace albumin my urine shall it would be useful of taking nafrosave tab to get rid of microalbumin outflow in my urine ## Nefrosave is just a nutritional supplement that contains N-Acetylcysteine and Taurine, so it's not actually proven to help with anything. Studies have been done to check this combination for treating microalbumin, but no significant difference was found between those taking it and those that just took placebos.
