It takes certain antibiotics 2 take care of different infections. Besides, u need 2 start a new round of antibiotics 4 a certain amount of days. Only a doctor would know what kind u need and. 4 how long. I used neosporin when I got my tatoo . It's an OTC first aid antibiotic cream. U can get it at any pharmacy or Walmart. Hope it gets better.
