This is an essential amino acid used to control blood sugar level and also is vital for balance. You can get this as a supplement from body buiildng and sports supplement websites. I experience vertigo periodically my french consultant on examination says due to the hairs in the middle ear has prescribed tanganil 500mgs tds for ten days. I found a half of a pill with an 8 on one side in my brothers room. It was small and tan with whit on the inside. What could it be? ## I'm sorry, but without knowing the full imprint, it is going to be difficult to figure out what this tablet contains, there are quite a few possibilities, both among prescription and over the counter medications. Have you tried asking your brother about it?

cant tell exactly whats on it. i think its smudged. one side looks like 31 with something before that and 12 on other side ## Is there any way you could possible have someone else look at it to see if they can determine what the imprint is? It's hard to be sure and the closest I can find right now is a tablet with a 3162 on one side that has a V on the other, which contains 1mg of Folic Acid. Learn more folic acid details here.

it iis a med. tan color and clear at the other end with tan and clear pellets in it, It has a name and I believe number 13 on it.please could you help me ## There are several medications, both prescription and over the counter that meet this description. I had an attack yesterday morning at 7.30, took 4 tablets and managed to hang on without vomiting for an hour and a half so they could work and am feeling much better now. So only took 2 in the afternoon. Is that any help? ## Tanganil contains the amino-acid Acetyl-Leucine, it is touted to help with vertigo and nausea. I am afraid I have no other information on it. Tablet is tan, unscored, has a film on it (is not dusty), has R150 on one side. Probably about the size of a #2 pencil eraser or a bit larger. I thought it was Tramadol, Flexeril or something in that class. ## From what I can find, this tablet contains 150mgs of Ranitidine, it is a generic or store brand for Zantac and is available over the counter. on 21st September I was prescribed Indomethacin @ 50mg x 4 a day - two days ago at night while in bed I suddenly found that when I turned in bed I had a uncontrolled motion sensation in my head and felt sort of dizzy and feel very strange as if things were still moving for a few seconds. There is no recent head trauma or alcohol association with this, no changes in diet. I feel certainly unsettled and without a clear head - no headaches though ## Tanganil contains the active ingredient Acetylleucing, which is used to treat Vertigo.
