Dr put me on 25 mg for depression. I also take Celexa 40 mg. I was concerned about side-effects but was told not to worry. NOW Dr. says "you need to go off seroquel" after 3 months. I'm finding relief from my depression symptoms and she says I need to get off of it because it increases the risk of stroke by 3 times. Why did she put me on it in the first place? Is there brand new info that has surfaced that has changed her mind in 3 months? I have been taking this drug for 7 years or around that. I love it. I was a mess, It has helped me contol my anixaty I started out at 20 mg and now at 40 mg. Because it has made me feel so much better I will not go off of them. I have a very depressive life of ups and downs PTSD. a car accident with head injury and everthing in between. This drug is not suppose to make you gain weight. A lot of times when you are shaky is because your body is telling you eat protein. my mother-in-law accidentally took this pill by mistake. she took 2 this morning and 2 this evening. she thought it was her diebetes medicine ## This is an antibacterial med, so the main adverse effects here are going to be to her blood sugar from not taking the diabetes meds, there won't be much afffect from taking a few extra of these, as long as she doesn't have an allergic reaction to them. I am experiencing extreme dizziness, nausea, sinustis and irritating coughing going over into ashma attacks. I have been taking Co-Protor for about 12 months now and the symptoms are getting so bad that I cannot function normally. Hardly a day goes by without sinusitis headaches and I most mornings wake up tired early in the morning because my head is so sore. My son has been taking 20 mg citalopram for a few years and started with anxiety and depression issues a week ago and the doctor added 10 mg to add to his 20 on Tuesday. I have been on Losartan 100mg for more then a year now with side effects I believe. I also take Metoprolol 50mg. I believe I am taking to much for my high blood pressure. I started Linzess 145mcg 9 days ago. Only had one bm. Called Dr she said take 2 pills at a time and if that works she will call in the higher dose. Took this morning before bed. (I work nights 7p-7a) I have had stomach pain all day. I haven't been able to sleep or get comfortable. I've had rumbling in my stomach, gas and an extremely hungry feeling with the 145mcg dose but no pain. It's been 8 hours since I took the 290mcg dose. I just ate something and I feel a little better. I read that I should take Linzess 30 minutes before eating but I usually don't eat until I get up in the afternoon. I just started my 2nd pack of sprintec and I have been bleeding for over 10wks. I had an IUD removed prior to starting OCs. After several visits to the Dr they finally found I was bleeding due to the IUD causing me to have no lining on my uterus. The Dr said for me to take 3/day for 4 days then 2/day and so on until I start my period again. Is this normal?! ## Hello, Candy! How are you? I have been prescribed this medicine called Trapic (the composition is Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid) 3 times a day for 4 days to stop bleeding, as I've been having abnormal bleeding between periods for more than 12 days now. I have taken Trapic for 2 days now. However, I also took 2 tablets of Restyl (Alprazolam IP 0.25 mg) yesterday to get some sleep and the bleeding has not stopped yet. Please tell me is the bleeding not stopping because of me taking Restyl?

My biggest problem is fatigue. Is anyone taking another medication. Ex: Ritalin ? ## I take Ritalin when I have that walking through the mud feeling, particulary when weather is hot/humid. It's a HUGE help. I just take 1/2 dose (5 mg) most days, but sometimes have to take another in afternoon. Easy med...no side effects, but be careful you don't take too much cuz it'll make you jittery. Since Ive been on Amprya, i haven't taken ritalin, but do recommend it. Can I take a 500 mg Cipro tablet after I took my Vitamin D supplement? The antibiotic is for a small boil. ## Dear Deb, Vitamin D is naturally present in our bodies from sunlight. I don't mean for this to come off as sarcastic in any way, but to my understanding Ciprofloxacin does not interfere with what's otherwise naturally occurring in our bodies (with the exception of reducing beneficial gut flora - and that could be replenished with prebiotics/probiotics). Can I take Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-325mg along with an Acetaminophen/Codeine 300-30mg tablet? ## Have they both been prescribed for you? Hi. My daughter has dental surgery tomorrow and her Dr now says she needs to take Pepcid ac or similar "acid blocker" the night before. This surgery was scheduled with no warning. Now with blizzard its dangerous to go out. We have ranitidine 150 mg exp Jan 2012, its now Feb 2014. Is it still effective? Should she take two (300 mg)? There's no way to get fresh OTC meds. HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING A DEEP BREATH TO INHALE IT IN. ANY SUGGESTIONS? ## Try this: Get the advair inhaler ready ....then blow out as much as you can, then put the inhaler to your lips and suck in. Hold it for 10 seconds. This works for me.

Has anyone ever been prescribed Keflex propholactically for a period of 90 days (500 mg for 90 days)? In my case, it is being done due to a UTI with the Klebisiella Planticola bacterium. Got the infection 3 times and a 5-day course of 500 mg 3 x a day did not eliminate it. I feel very sick on this drug but we have to get rid of this infection. I have 60 days left and am praying to God, it will kill the bacteria.
