Tanish orange pill marked 20... no letters on either side of the pill just the number 20 on one side ## @jr, Depending on where you got it from, part of me wonders if this could be a "knock off" version of Cialis 20mgs - which is an orange teardrop shaped pill marked with "C20" on one side and blank on the other. Cialis (tadalafil) is marketed for its use in treating ED. So if this is what you may have originally purchased the tablet for, my intuition says that this is most likely a counterfeit of the real one, that is made by Eli Lilly and Company. Does anyone else recognize this tablet as being something different?

They will tell u to type in the # , letters and the shape and color of the pill... they will tell u what it is and what it is used for !! Tada : )

All that's imprinted is 20 on one side ## The two closest matches I could find were yellow egg-shaped pills marked with either "P 20" or "C 20", but not just the number "20" in and of itself. For this reason, I am guessing that it might be an illegitimate (counterfeit) erectile dysfunction medication. The egg shaped "20" tablet is most identical to 20mg Cialis (tadalafil). You can see a photo of the pill in question by running a search on google images for "yellow pill C 20". Whereabouts did you find this pill?

I found a bunch of these pills in a house i just moved in an would like to know what they are. ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I could find is a round pink pill marked with "IP" on both sides, that is said to be identified as generic Tadalafil (cialis). This medication is used for treating erectile dysfunction (ED). I'm not sure of the dosage, so this is something that would still have to be confirmed. Apparently it's manufactured outside of the US (perhaps illegitimately, as Tadalafil is also found in many types of illegitimately imported tabs).
