I am overweight now 112 kg., doc prescribed me zerofat a.. taking this from 1 month,, but not lost any weight.. I hope by this time at least I shd see half kg weight loss.. I am on normal diet,., is this is the reason.. do I need to follow strict diet?? kindly help

Hello, My weight is 90 & height 5'5 want to know the proper disage to take of ZEROFAT-A sachet, how to use it & how many months need to take. ## @PIU, From what I could gather, the active ingredient in Zerofat-A is Orlistat. According to the manufacturer, the typical adult dosage of Orlistat is 120mg taken orally 3 times daily. Apparently you're supposed to take each dose with every meal you have that contains fat. However the manufacturer goes on to note that the dose may also be taken within about an hour of finishing your meal(s). As to how long you should take it, I think that is best determined by you and your doctor, depending on your goals an expectations. Hi,im abi. I consult a doctor for irregular periods i didnt get my periods from september till now...so my doctor prescribed me some medicines. Metben Zerofat-A chromiNAC-A Cap.Naturogest 300 and she told me to took test FT 3 FT4 TSH serum peolactin insulin testosterone She prescribed O/E: Palloe+ CVS RS/ ~AD

Tb XIGDUO twice daily or alternatively FORXIGA 5mg twice + CARBOPHAGE 1000mg )twice. Also JANUVIA 100 mg once daily. which will avoid causing weight gain and help loose weight. Again for BP the tablet recommended is Natrilam 5 mg 2 tabs a day. Also ZEROFAT A for weight reduction. Height is 6 ft whilst weight is 145 kg. These things have been detected off-late at an early age 38 yrs. Just worried hope these combinations do not have any side effects in the long run. Off-late the XIGDUO and JANUVIA have been recommended. Please someone help me as a urgent manner. I want to know some medicine or supplement to reduce the fat that stored in the body already. My doctor recommended to take ZEROFAT and he told me when you take ZEROFAT, the fat that you take at the time of the medicine will go directly to the stool and it will not get into the system. At that time, two months ago, I was 78 kg and I still remain the same as 75 kg. There is no difference. I want to know why my weight still the same.
