What is the base ingredients for DF 118. It was prescribed for severe back pain/spasm and I understand it is a schedule 7 (in SA). Is there any other similar type that is available over the counter. I am allergic to Penecillin, Asprin and Sulphur. Am recovering from stomach and intestinal ulcers at the moment due to continues anti inflamitory medication for pain control due to 4 failed back surgeries. Tramal is a daily assistance, but when these attacks occur, I used to be able to have a Voltarin injection and a cortisone injection. Now I am in a fix!!! this is a round white tablet imprinted with 5161 on one side and nothing on the other ## I'm just found four of the same pill. Says methocarbam on bottle but has AP 211 on tannish oblong pill was a prescription for me but I'm not sure. ## Hello, Vicki! How are you? Hii i m taking femilon tab from april 2011 and i have stopped it in oct 2011 then i have got my last period in nov 2011 but from dec 2011 to march 2012 i had not got my period (i was not pregnant) i meet my doc and she said to continue with femilon again.....then i have got my period again after starting the pill.....but now i want to stop it will i get any side effect from that.......i am very afraid that my period will stop again if i stop taking this pill. I have taken it with zedoorl 100mg, any danger? and if so what can i do ## I am sorry, I cannot find a tablet with the marking of DF 1118, or is that supposed to be the name of the medication? Do you know the name of it or the active ingredient? I will need this information in order to understand and answer your question. ## Additional research has revealed to me that there is most likely a corrected spelling of DF 118 forte for this medication. My mother has a bottle with two types of pills. She believes them to be Cipro. One is a round white tablet with H22 on one side. The other is a smaller white tablet with RX 709 on it.
