What is the difference of Telma- H and Telma-40. Dr. prescribed my father Telma-H but by mistake he is taking Telma-40 instead of Telma-H and he is feeling no problem since one month. I am taking Listril-SM tab one in the morning and Tenoric-50 one at night. I have now been advised to take Telma-AM-H-80 one per day. I had previously tried Telma-40 and subsequently Telma-H as per Doctor's advise but it failed to maintain my blood pressure. Was prescribed S. Numlo 0.25 and Telma 40 when B.P was 150/100 in 2010 by DR. A. Stopped medication after 6 months as B.P. around 130/85. In June 2013 was again diagnosed with High B.P 160/100 to 150 /90 and prescibed tab Seloken XL 25 mg by Dr. B. Should i change to Seloken or should i continue with earlier tablets. ## Hi, Jack!
