Hi there, I'm currently coming off kaiser insurance and am looking for new PM specialist. I've been taking 10/325 norcos, 1mg clonazepam, Percocet and promethazine syrup. I was in a bad accident about 3 years ago and have had consistent back and lower sciatica pain that keeps me hobbled over all day and keeps me awake at night. Doctors have been turning patients away and lowering thier doses left and right, I'm just looking for a solid refferal to a legit doctor who will listen and not make me feel like I shouldn't be asking, all kaiser doctors make it awkward when talking pain pills. My husband is allergic to aspirin….can he use Keto/Lido? ## Hi Karen, From what I understand, Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) has no chemical relation to Ketoprofen or Lidocaine. So from that perspective I don't see why he wouldn't be able to use Keto/Lido, unless otherwise instructed by his doctor. On that note I do think it would still be best to discuss taking any new medications with his doctor first and foremost, since he/she can make the most appropriate decision based on closer evaluation or after checking your husbands medical records for any other possible discrepancies/contraindications. I need a dr. in kannapolis n.c. or surrounding area that will actually help me and not look down upon me for needin klonopin.i have took them perscibed in the past and it truley makes my panic/anxiety under control,so does anyone know a decent dr. Please if you do help. ## Perhaps try a neurologist specializing in movement disorders (Parkinson's, MS, etc). Or a sleep disorder specialist. Not sure if there are subspecialists for panic attacks. You may have to go to a midsized city to find just the right one. Don't go to several however...I have heard they might think you are doctor shopping. If you work, and this problem keeps you from your daily routine, be sure to mention that. Be careful about the generic taken. I'd recommend only Actavis brand at this point.
