Continious Spotting

I switched from ortho cyclen to Lo Loestrin Fe because of the low dosage of estrogen, but I have not stopped spotting since I started it 2 months ago. I am now cramping as if my cycle is about to start, but I am in the middle of the pill pack! I do not know what is going on, but I will be calling my GYN next week. Does anyone know when the spotting will stop? ## Went to potty and now I am seeing blood clots! This is aweful. ## Have you contacted your doctor, yet? The spotting like this can be normal for the first 3 months that you are taking a new contraceptive pill. However, if you are finding it to be severe and it's making you miserable, you should definitely discuss it with your doctor, as it may not be the right medication for you to use.
