i am 31 years old. i had jaundice in 2010 and it got cured after 3-4 months. but my billirubin levels hovers around 1 to 1.4 most of the times. my apetite is perfect but i feel lethargy, muscle pain, mild fever, heaviness in head and my eyes also looks little yellow. these days i was taking Liv-52 tablets but to no effect. my doctor says the it is happening bcoz i had jaundice and not to worry. I have been using Softovac Powder 2 sf every alternate day for last 3 years . I have been getting relief also except stomach cramping. Recently I have been diagnosided have billirubin on very slightly higher side. My doc asked me to stop softovac for sometime and given me Lactihep syrup ( supposed to help billirubin as well as relief from constipation) but I am not getting my bowels movement clearly. Should I start softovac ? Does it increase billirubin ? As far as I know the priority is to keep stomach clear by regular bowel movement .What should I do.?

after 20 months threatment for high bloodpressure (Valsartan comp 160/12,5) I got gallstone and jaundice. Newer had this before. Having high bilirubin, you should not use more than 80 mg Valsartan/day.But if I reduce Valsartan , I must use some other medication to combine with Valsartan, not having increased Bloodpressure.
