After taking tryptomer 10mg can we get deep sleep ## If we accidentally overdose on tryptomer what will happen? ## If I take tryptomer 10mg will I get sleep fast? How long does it take to work? I am 48 years old... I have a sleeping problem and depression... Doctor told me to take Alprazolam .25mg but I feel like I am not getting a very deep sleep. So if I take two or three .25mg, is it safe for me? Please advise. ## No it is not a sleeping pill and is not safe to take in amounts not prescribed by your doctor. The dose you are taking is relatively small but if you double or triple up, when you run out the rebound anxiety will be that much stronger and can even lead to withdrawal problems ## Asis, NO it is not a sleeping pill. has anyone ever heard of deep sleep from a sleeping pill taken by a child mistaken for a seizure the medicine was phenobarbital and my some was 14 and we couldnt wake him up twice his eyes were rolling and he was dianosed with epilepsy but not we are being told it may have been a reaction from the pill he is 30 now and seizure free on dilantin ever since but the levels have always been low only 3.5 instead of the 10-20 he stopped taking the sleeping pill after the 2nd seizure now after taking the meds all these years we went to the epilepsy foundation the the neurologist said he believes he is not epileptic at all he was prescribed that phenabarb for sleeping after a car accidented he was having no seizures then first one was at 5am in his sleep then 3 days later at 5am in his sleep ## ...

No matter how deeply you sleep, your body will always feel or hear something, even if you don't remember it, when you wake up. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am now 60 yrs. of age I had a Rhino surgery 12 years back(1999) From 2006 I had complete loss of smell and could get taste of ONLY sweet,sour &salt,& no flavors In the end of Nov. 2009 I was prescribed solone tablets(3 a day 10mg)The next day I could get normal smell &taste. After a couple of months the dosage was reduced,various combinations of dosages were tried including 5mg.every alternate day. At present 5mg. a day keeps my smell & taste intact. Usually I feel a LOSS of smell after DEEP SLEEP as also after intake of Alcohol and ice ETC. If my son does not get enough sleep it seems as though the concerta is more potient on him the next day? His eyes seems galssy and he seems out of it. Do any of you also have this issue? ## It makes sense to me that Concerta (a psychostimulant drug) is effecting his sleep patterns if he is taking it too much of it or having it too late in the day. Hi there. I suffer from anxiety. It has its stages of being bad and mild but this whole year I have struggled to sleep. Even if I do sleep my mind is wide awake, I am never in a deep sleep and my heart is always racing. I’m just very tense all the time and the lack of sleep makes it worse. I take 2 Allergex every now and then to help me sleep. I’d take it every night if I could, which is what I’m here to ask? I’m scared of sleeping pills so I haven’t tried them yet. I’ve just recently gone onto 'stressam' for now which doesn’t help me relax when I sleep either, surprisingly. Please help. I have been diagnosed with DSPS. Not sure if that is the correct diagnosis; Basically I can fall asleep just fine, at any hour. I can adjust my sleep schedule as needed, BUT when I did a sleep study the specialist noticed that my brain waves were significantly more active than they should have been in deep REM sleep. IE: The doctor told me "my brain was waking up" 5-6 times an hour, despite the fact that I was sleeping through the night and getting into deep REM. I was prescribed Temazepam and that seemed to help a lot as i can FALL asleep i'm just not getting quality sleep because my brain wont stop. i am a 65 year old male has hyper tension and is also diabetic had a sever e stroke left sided haeme peresis 27 years back because of severe spasticity unable to have proper sleep feels drowsy during day time. I want to taqke some sedative(sleeping tablet 0 0which will give me sound sleep for three to four hours and is not habbit forming ## I needed one to put me back to sleep at 4 am when I wake up long before I want to. But I didn’t want to sleep too long because I needed to get up when everyone else does. Check out Sonata. I didn’t like it because it didn’t put me back to sleep, but I took the lowest dose. 2 mg I think.

There's so many scary posts written here that I just wanted to share my own experience so that those considering Viibryd know it can be a positive benefit. My wife of 20 years let me know that she wanted to leave me, I dealt with it fine for a while but then went into deep depression and had severe anxiety that prevented me from sleeping for 4 days. I have spasms down my left-hand side, I'm not sleeping and also have deep vein thrombosis within my legs and back pain due to kidney stones. I'm in major agony and need help. Hello. I have PLMD, which is movement of the limbs all during the night and not going into a deep sleep. Results is that I am always fatigued and never feel rested. I researched drugs for this and this is why I started the 300 mg Gabapentin 2 nights ago. Anyone else on Gabapentin for this and, if so, have you noticed improvement?
