I am a pcod patient. my doctor advise me deviry for my irregular periods 3 times per day for 5 days. can i continue this tablets next month?and tel me how many months. i want to continue the medicine? ## I had scanty period and last month I had spotting for a day and stopped..I consulted a doctor..on ultrasound found out small cyst in the ovary..he prescribed me to take fydogest for 10 days to induce periods and yamini from the 2 nd day I'd period..but I am spotting from the last day of fydogest...I am worried if it is normal to spot and when should I expect my period.

I am a PCOD patient from the past 8-9 years. I have been married for 7 years now and desperate to be a mother, had undergone lots of treatment, but nothing worked except putting on more wait, and i never get my periods without medicine. And no, while the Deviry may induce your period to start, it doesn't necessarily cause ovulation to occur, which is what would be required to enable you to get pregnant. Have you consulted your doctor? I have taken deviry 10mg (3 tablets daily), but missed my third tablet on the third day (at night) and I took it on the following day. I have taken a total of 10 tablets in four days. Today is the fifth day after finishing my deviry dose, but still i haven't gotten my periods. All of my thyroid reports (TSH, LH) are normal. I had been advised to take deviry for five days at two tablets a day for delayed periods over 45 days... After only two tablets I started bleeding but bleeding was very minimal... it's my third day and bleeding has almost stopped... Kindly guide me.. as I'm worried.. ## Hello, Meghana! How are you? I have history of irregular periods, 2 month gap usually, this tune it's gap of 3 month so we did consultation with Gynaecologist and UPT was negative on 3 occasion, on USG i had simple cyst of 54cc in right ovary, my doctor adviced me tab.
