is acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate the same as hydrocod apap 5-500 tab mallinckro or is it stronger? ## If the dosage is the same, they are the same and neither would be stronger than the other, the only difference is the manufacturer. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness. PURPLE IN COLOR ,NO MARKINGS ON THE PILL , MORPHINE SUL 30MG E TAB WATS IS THE WRITING ON THE MED. PLASTIC TYPE BOTTLE ## I HAVE ASK PURPLE,IN COLOR TYPE WRITTEN ON CONTANER MORPHINE SUL 30MG E TAB WATS ## Hi Henry, You mentioned that this pill was a 30mg Morphine sulfate extended-release tablet (according to the label on the container), Unfortunately though, because this pill has no identifiable markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested somewhere. U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have unique letters or numbers (sometimes in addition to a logo of some kind) imprinted on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. I have narophary been taking 2 a day for 7 yrs now the doctors stoped it because of new law. ## Hello, Jo! How are you? Yes, the FDA and DEA changed this to a schedule 2 drug this past October, so general practice physicians will no longer prescribe it. If you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. Is there a chance your current doctor could refer you to someone? Ok, I am taking 4 and a 1/2 a day and have been on them for about 2 months now. My question is: They don't seem to be working like they were before, but I don't want to be addicted or maybe I already am and that's why they don't seem to help the pain as they did before? So is the mall at the end just the maker, distributer? ## Hello, Judi! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you're having. The mall stands for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, they're the manufacturer. You will also likely be relieved to know that you don't have to be addicted to develop tolerance to a medication. That happens to everyone with any medication they take for a long period of time, your body just gets used to it and it stops working as well as it did. Sometimes it takes years fo...

This pill is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Oxycodone 7.5mgs, a generic version of Roxicet, however, your wife should not be trying to treat you. Being a nurse, she is not qualified to prescribe drugs and could lose her license for such activities. Someone who reacts badly to Codine, will hydroco apa5 do the same thing? Nausa, headaches, etc. ## Does Hydroco/apa 7.5 - 75 have codine in it? ## No ## That is correct, this doesn't contain Codeine. The active ingredients are Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so it contains a different narcotic. However, if you're allergic to Codeine or sensitive to it, then there is a chance that you could also have problems with other narcotics. Although the symptoms listed are actually just common possible side effects that many people experience when taking narcotics, even though they can be quite alarming and annoying.
