Someone who reacts badly to Codine, will hydroco apa5 do the same thing? Nausa, headaches, etc. ## Does Hydroco/apa 7.5 - 75 have codine in it? ## No ## That is correct, this doesn't contain Codeine. The active ingredients are Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so it contains a different narcotic. However, if you're allergic to Codeine or sensitive to it, then there is a chance that you could also have problems with other narcotics.
