I take it as needed, but do try to offset panic attacks by taking 1, 1 mg tablet at night. If, and only IF I truly need another during the day, I try 1/2 or .5 mg. If you took 100, 2 mg tabs, it would put you in a coma or worse. My psych gives me the 1mg instead of the 2mg, because less I'd better. It also depends why you're taking it, who prescribed it, are you taking any other benzo or sedating meds and are you trying other methods like meditation and ...
