It would really be best to just take one of them. Some nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D can cause problems if you take too much. All Calcium tablets have got Vit D3 in different quantity. Use Calcium Citrate. It's Calcium is better absorbed. Available as AARACHITOL-O, THYROCAL D3, OSSOPAN MCM and CCM.
