Vitbion Forte Tablet for what sikness

Doctor gives me Vitbion Forte Tablet, to be taken, one tablet morning and one tablet night. This tablet is rounded in shape, and orange in colour. I am 77 years old. Eight months ago I was found to have high cholesterol. Doctor prescribed 10mg of astrovastatin each night to be taken until my kingdom come. I know the statin is a drug, but not VFteblet. Please tell me what is VFteblet about? Lastly I want to tell you, that I use my commonsense in taking the statin, though doctor says 10mg every night,I did it on altenate days,sometimes I break the 10mg.into two parts.So far I feel good and healthy.Tell me it is practicle to do this.I do not tell this to the Doctor.Thanking you in anticipation. ## my doc give me Vitbion Forte Table coz i have vain problem. can not walk properly and my leg ...

its a entric coated capsule, with composition asprin IP 10mg astrovastatin calcium 75mg ## I am a resident of hyderabad of andhra pradesh and this drug was prescribed for my mother aged 58 years and she had a problem of nerves in the back side of the neck to the left hand and she was tested with INMG report and she was given only two medicines saying that all her reports were normal she was prescribed maxgalin 75 and aztor ASP 75. please let me know if you can find anything about the second drug. thank you. ## My results say i have cholesterol above 288 mg.
